Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 24, 2026

Your privacy matters to us. This policy describes what information ViewMaxx collects, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. By using ViewMaxx, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Who we are

ViewMaxx (“ViewMaxx,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a content-management platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to viewmaxx.io and the ViewMaxx application.

2. Information we collect

  • Account information — your name, username, email, agency name, and role, provided when your account is created.
  • Content and data from connected platforms — when you or an authorized creator connects a third-party account (such as Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, or others), we access the content and profile data needed to provide the service, such as posts, stories, media, and basic profile details.
  • Content you upload — media and files you or your team add to a creator’s library.
  • Usage information — activity within the app (such as uploads, scheduling actions, and sign-ins) used to operate and secure the service.
  • Technical data — IP address, browser type, and device information collected automatically when you use the app.

3. How we use your information

  • To provide and operate the platform — importing, organizing, scheduling, and managing creator content.
  • To authenticate users and secure accounts.
  • To communicate with you about your account and the service.
  • To maintain, improve, and troubleshoot the platform.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

4. Data from Meta / Instagram and other platforms

When you connect an Instagram or other platform account, we access that account’s data solely to provide the ViewMaxx service to you — for example, to mirror a creator’s own posts and stories into their private content library. We only access data for accounts that explicitly authorize the app.

We do not sell this data, use it for advertising, or share it with unrelated third parties. Our use of information received from Meta APIs follows Meta’s Platform Terms and Developer Policies. You can disconnect a platform at any time, which stops further access to that account’s data.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the service:

  • Service providers (“subprocessors”) that host and support the platform — such as our cloud hosting and media storage providers — who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
  • Within your organization — teammates and agencies you belong to, according to the access permissions set by your administrator.
  • Legal and safety — when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of ViewMaxx, our users, or the public.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will notify affected users.

6. Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Content pulled from connected platforms is retained in your library until you or your team delete it, or until your account is closed. We may retain limited records as required for legal, security, or accounting purposes.

7. Your rights and data deletion

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. To disconnect a platform, remove the connection in the app. To delete your account and associated data, contact us at privacy@viewmaxx.io and we will process your request.

Data deletion request: to request deletion of the data associated with your account (including data obtained through connected platforms such as Instagram), email privacy@viewmaxx.io with the subject “Data Deletion.” We will confirm and complete the deletion of that data, except records we are required to retain by law.

8. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including access controls, encryption in transit, and audit logging. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and continually improve our safeguards.

9. Children

ViewMaxx is a business tool intended for use by adults (18 and older). It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
