Upload links are private and can be reset by your team. If yours stopped working, ask whoever manages your account for a fresh one.
Uploads failing or stuck?
Large videos can take a few minutes on a slow connection. Keep the page open until it finishes, and try again on Wi-Fi if it stalls.
Can't sign in?
Usernames aren't case sensitive. If your password isn't working, you can request a new password from whoever manages you.
